市场无惧美联储加倍减码，美元从三周高位下挫
周三(12月15日)美联储维持基准利率不变，宣布将从1月中开始将缩减购债规模的速度提高一倍，美元和避险货币下跌，美元指数盘中一度上涨0.35%，试探年内高点，然后扭转涨势，尽管美联储官员们暗示2022年可能加息3次，但美联储主席鲍威尔表示，货币政策的紧缩仍将是渐进式的。随着美元大幅回落，现货黄金尾盘较日低回升逾20美元，稍早一度触及1753.77美元/盎司，为10月12日以来最低。
美联储维持利率不变，将加快减码
美联储决议声明：维持联邦基金利率目标区间在0%-0.25%不变，维持超额储备金利率在0.15%不变，维持贴现利率在0.25%不变。将Taper（减码QE）提高一倍，至每个月300亿美元，即每个月的美国国债购买规模降低200亿美元、抵押贷款支持证券（MBS）减少100亿美元。美国经济仍然面临诸多风险，其中就包括那些新出现的（奥密克戎等）新冠肺炎变异毒株。就业人口增幅是稳固的，失业人口已经持续下降。删除决议声明中关于“通胀是暂时的”这一表述。美联储最新点阵图显示：美联储官员的预测中值为明年将加息3次，2023年再加息3次。

美联储主席鲍威尔在利率决议后的新闻发布会上表示，经济发展和前景证明应该加快债券缩减，通胀上升是加速缩债的原因，有望到明年3月中完成购债减码；鲍威尔称，经济在实现最大化就业方面正迅速取得进展，我们预计明年将实现充分就业。联邦公开市场委员会的利率预测并不代表行动计划，不能认为明年加息是必然的。
