周四(11月18日)美元指数下跌，欧元兑美元在空头回补中升至盘中高点，而瑞郎兑欧元在触及逾六年最强水平后回落。黄金期货收跌，投资者在创6月以来最高收盘价后获利回吐。美油大幅回升，尾盘涨近1%，此前拜登政府敦促其他国家一道释放战略储备原油的消息使油价降至约6周以来的最低值。
美国众议院数小时内将表决拜登的2万亿美元经济计划
美国国会众议院民主党成员们准备美东时间周四（北京时间周五）投票表决总统拜登标志性的税收和社会支出法案。规则委员会的会议表明，议长佩洛西相信有足够多的民主党人支持这个约2万亿美元的计划。要想获得通过，她最多只能丢失3张民主党人的投票。众议院通过后，该法案将提交参议院，前途仍然不确定。
美联储制造业调查显示：通胀压力继续积聚
本周公布的两份美国地区联储制造业调查勾勒出，在需求持续走强并进一步令供应链承压的情况下，通胀压力继续积聚。美国费城联储的订单指数升至1973年以来的最高水平，11月工厂用料成本指标跃升至1979年以来的第二高位，而当地制造商收取价格指标则飙升至47年来最高水平。美国纽约联储的新订单指数也上行，并依旧远高于疫情前的水平。Amherst Pierpont Securities首席经济学家Stephen Stanley表示，费城联储11月制造业调查结果显示经济持续过热，通胀势头继续增强。
