全球央行“鴿”聲嘹亮，金價大漲後劍指1835
周一（11月8日）亞洲時段，現貨黃金窄幅震蕩于1810上方，守住了上周的大部分漲幅，上周因為美聯儲、英國央行和歐洲央行都釋放了鴿派信號，幫助金價頂破了1800關口，並一度創近兩個月新高至1818.38美元/盎司，調查顯示，機構投資者和散戶都傾向于看漲後市，金價本周有望進一步試探6月中旬以來的高點1834附近阻力。
美國通過總規模達1.2萬億的基建法案
在當地時間上周五（11月5日）晚，兩黨以228-206的投票結果通過5500億美元的法案——資金將用于修建新的道路和橋梁，以及寬帶、清潔水、電網升級、汙染清理和其他優先事項–拜登表示將很快簽署該法案，但不會是本周末。參議院在8月份已經通過了該法案。
通過上述基礎設施法案（包括常規公路支出在內的總規模超過1.2萬億美元），使得拜登能夠專注于第二項1.75萬億美元的經濟計劃，後者旨在擴大聯邦政府對育兒和學前教育的支持，應對氣候變化並提高對企業和富人的稅負。民主黨內部仍在就細節進行磋商。
美國總統拜登表示，他有信心能夠讓溫和派民主黨人合作以便通過這項社會支出法案。但他拒絕透露是否有任何議員私下給他保證不會阻礙該法案的通過。?

在上周四（11月4日）英國央行的政策會議之前，市場已經完全消化了加息的預期。但英國加息最終落空，貨幣市場目前預計英國央行將維持低利率更長時間。
交易員不再完全定價英國央行的關鍵利率明年會達到1%，現在預計要到2023年初才達到這個水平。在英國央行上周四會議之前，市場的預測是明年8月達到1%。
很多市場參與者對英國央行行長貝利沒有反擊市場的加息定價感到失望。
