美聯儲利率決議來襲，金價滯漲情緒加重
現貨黃金11月1日（周一）震蕩微跌，目前交投于1780美元附近，因市場對美聯儲本周決議縮債和明年升息的預期不斷升溫，這給金價帶來沈重的壓力，不過由于美國經濟增長緩慢，勞動力市場依然面臨嚴峻問題，這導致滯漲擔憂興起，這種擔憂限制了金價在美聯儲決議前的跌幅。
美國三季度經濟增長慘淡
美國三季度GDP初值數據表現遠不及預期，這給疫情下複蘇的美國經濟當頭一棒，同時支持金價。具體數據顯示，美國第三季度實際GDP年化季率初值實際公布2%，預期2.6%，前值6.7%。
機構評美國第三季度實際GDP數據稱，隨著疫情的爆發，美國經濟在第三季度以一年多來最慢的速度增長，進一步加劇了全球供應鏈的緊張，導致汽車等商品的短缺，幾乎抑制了消費支出。
機構分析稱，在新冠疫情期間，由于供應短缺和政府提供的疫情救濟金，加劇了通脹。財政刺激措施的減弱和飓風“艾達”在8月底摧毀了美國的海上能源生産，也給經濟帶來了壓力。
受到供應鏈和疫情問題影響，美國經濟增速放緩。另有分析指出，第三季度經濟增長放緩主要與德爾塔變體導致的感染病例激增有關。
美國勞動力市場依然面臨嚴峻問題
眼下美國勞動力市場短缺的問題依然嚴峻。對于那些亟需招聘員工擴張生産線，以滿足市場需求的美國企業而言，當前的處境顯然不容樂觀。
全美商業經濟協會最新公布的商業狀況調查顯示，近一半47%的受訪者報告在第三季度面臨熟練工短缺，這一比例遠高于今年第二季度的32%。
同時，沒有一個受訪者表示他們公司的勞動力短缺現象會在2021年年底前緩解，36%的受訪者預計這將在2022年的某個時候發生，14%的人則預計要到2023年或更久之後才會好轉。
根據調查，勞動力短缺如今已經成為了疫情大流行經濟複蘇時期的一個標志，這在商品生産部門尤為普遍。企業很難吸引到所需的員工，以滿足消費者日益增長的需求，同時人們感染疫情的風險依然存在。
