風險人氣改善，美元下挫黃金擊穿1740
周四(9月23日)美元指數跌約0.40%，創下一個月來最大單日百分比跌幅，全球債券收益率飙升，因為隨著全球經濟反彈，各國央行提示通脹的可能性；10年期美國國債收益率躍升13個基點至1.43％。黃金期貨下跌，並創六周多以來的最低收盤價，市場風險情緒高漲，投資者轉向股票，遠離黃金等避險資産。受燃料需求增長和美國原油庫存減少支撐，美油刷新8月2日以來高點至73.50美元/桶，因墨西哥灣在兩次飓風過後生産仍然受阻。
英國央行維持購債規模和利率不變
英國央行預計三季度GDP增速較疫情前水平低2.5%。預計三季度的GDP增速為2.1%，此前預計為2.9%。下修三季度GDP的增速反應了供應限制帶來的影響。通脹部分由基數效應驅動。任何最初的緊縮措施都應該通過銀行利率來實施。目前能源的發展對4月份預測的數據構成上行風險。預計到2022年二季度英國通脹率可能保持在4％以上。
美國9月Markit服務業擴張速度創一年最慢
美國9月IHS Markit服務業PMI初值降至54.4，雖然連續14個月高于榮枯分水嶺、但創2020年7月份以來新低，8月終值為55.1；2020年同期為54.6。就業分項指數初值降至49.9，創2020年6月份以來最低；新商業分項指數也創2020年7月份以來新低。
美國共和黨拒與民主黨合作 佩洛西承諾將避免政府停擺
鑒于共和黨反對將債務上限與權宜支出法案挂鈎，美國衆議院議長佩洛西暗示，民主黨將在不提高債務上限的情況下通過權宜支出法案避免政府關停。佩洛西在周四的記者會上稱，無論結果如何，9月30日前我們將在兩院通過“持續決議法案”(CR)，為聯邦政府在10月31日開始的新財年提供資金支持。衆議院本周通過了一項權宜支出措施，將保證聯邦政府的運作維持到12月3日，暫停債務上限直至2022年12月16日。不過，預計參議院會阻止該法案通過。
