鲍威尔澄清减码时机，美元创逾一个月新高
周三(9月22日)美元升至逾一个月高位，因美联储主席鲍威尔称在2022年中之前结束减码可能是合适的；在美联储声明发布后不久，市场出现了震荡走势，因交易员们评估一些鹰派信号和不明确减码时间表的影响。现货黄金冲高回落，盘中最高触及1787.36美元/盎司，尾盘跌至1768美元附近，美联储官员暗示可能很快就会开始缩减债券购买计划，并透露越来越倾向于在2022年开始加息。美油收高2.5% 创近一周来最高收盘价，尽管美国上周汽油库存小幅上升，但原油库存的连续下降仍使油价得到支撑。

美联储主席鲍威尔表示：“如果经济进展继续，可能很快就会保障美联储开始减码QE。渐进地减码QE将在2022年年中左右结束/完成。减码QE并不直接发出加息信号。FOMC成员们对减码QE的时间点和减码速度的支持非常广泛。美联储仍将实施资产购买，但是时候开始减码QE了。已经在通胀方面取得实质性进展。通胀预期体现出通胀过冲（升穿目标）的程度“非常温和”。大量FOMC成员称，就业市场正试图取得实质性进展。到下一次FOMC货币政策会议，可能会满足就业和物价考验。”
美联储决议维持联邦基金利率
美联储决议声明：“维持联邦基金利率目标区间在0%-0.25%不变，维持贴现利率在0.25%不变。利率预期（点阵图）显示，FOMC成员们对是否在2022年加息的看法五五开——为20世纪80年代以来首次。经济和就业形势已经继续走强。通胀高企，很大程度上体现出那些暂时性因素的影响。纽约联储上调隔夜逆回购（ON RRP）交易对手的限制至1600亿美元。”
