美元创逾一周新高，黄金失守1790
周三(9月8日)美元回吐部分涨幅，因美联储一名官员发表鸽派的经济前景展望，导致美债收益率下跌，且欧洲央行将于周四做出政策决定。现货黄金继续走低，盘中一度刷新8月26日以来低点至1782.59美元/盎司，因近期美元走强和美债收益率上升，盖过了对全球经济成长忧虑加重对金价的提振。美油一度涨逾2%，刷新日高至69.75美元/桶，因飓风“艾达”过后美国产量回升缓慢。
美联储褐皮书报告：整体经济活动增速略微放缓，至温和扩张状态
近期美联储的褐皮书报告中提到，制造、交通、非金融服务、房地产领域变得更加强劲，大多数地区的外出就餐、旅行、旅游行业出现减速，表明新冠肺炎德尔塔变异毒株疫情让人忧心忡忡。所有地区继续报告就业人口增加，但就业增速以“略微至强劲”这样的范畴为特征。大量地区称薪资上涨。通胀高位企稳，半数地区升幅强劲。
纽约联储主席威廉姆斯：美联储在2021年减码QE可能会是适宜的
威廉姆斯称，复苏需要时间，新冠肺炎德尔塔变异毒株造成不确定性。德尔塔变异毒株疫情拖累开支和就业；预计2021年GDP将增长6%。重新实现充分就业这个目标还需要大量时间。希望在实现就业目标方面看到更多进展。预计2022年通胀将放缓至2.0%，长期通胀预期符合目标。
