經濟複蘇憂慮重燃，美元黃金持穩
周一(8月2日)美元走低，在美聯儲上周發表溫和聲明，且經濟數據喜憂參半後，市場評估應多大程度上接受風險；日元在G-10貨幣中表現最好。黃金期貨小幅收高，美元與10年期美債收益率進一步回落，為黃金買盤鋪平了道路。油價收跌逾3%，至近一周來最低水平，令人失望的美國及海外經濟活動數據、新冠德爾塔變異毒株的迅速傳播、以及OPEC+原油産量提高，使油價承壓。

美聯儲理事沃勒表示，他傾向于美聯儲在減碼QE上提早行動，速度要快。希望美聯儲減碼抵押貸款支持證券（MBS）購買的速度要超過減碼美國國債的購買。美聯儲減碼QE的速度可能會比上一次迅速。對于判斷美國經濟所取得的進展而言，未來兩份非農就業報告將具有重要意義。新冠肺炎德爾塔變異毒株造成大量不確定性，但它不應當對美國造成嚴重影響。我的基本假設是，美國高通脹將會回落。基于市場的通脹預期被很好地錨定
美國財政部估計2021年下半財年將借入1.4萬億美元
美國財政部表示，假設國會議員提高或暫停新恢複的債務上限，政府將在下半財年借入近1.4萬億美元，以便繼續支持防疫纾困工作。美國財政部周一發布聲明，預計7月-9月期間將淨發行債券6730億美元，比5月份的預估低1480億美元。當前和上次有關9月份的預估都假設能成功暫停或上調債務上限。該上限在經曆兩年暫停後于周日恢複。議員們尚未制定具體計劃來避免違約。國會預算辦公室警告稱，一旦美國財政部用盡特別措施及其現金儲備，違約可能在10月或11月發生。
美國7月ISM制造業意外再度下滑
美國供應管理協會（ISM）公布的數據顯示，7月美國ISM制造業增速連續第二個月放緩，從6月的60.6降至59.5，不及預期的60.9。機構分析稱，美國7月份制造業擴張步伐放緩，但仍很強勁，因生産商面臨持續的供應瓶頸和投入短缺問題。ISM制造業調查委員會主席Timothy Fiore表示，供應商繼續難以滿足不斷增長的需求水平，隨著行業進入第三季度，制造業的所有部分都受到原材料交貨期達到曆史最長、關鍵基礎材料持續短缺、大宗商品價格上漲和産品運輸困難的影響。
