美聯儲持穩符合預期，政策基調略偏鷹派
周三(6月16日)紐約時段盤中，北京時間周四淩晨2點整，美聯儲公布最新的6月利率決議，美聯儲維持利率0-0.25%不變，符合預期。從本次美聯儲決議聲明上看，美聯儲措辭略偏鷹派，美聯儲上調了通脹預期，點陣圖顯示美聯儲加息時間點略有提前。在決議公布後，現貨金價短線重挫20美元刷新一個月低位，美元指數短線上揚近50點，其它非美品種不同程度上漲。
美聯儲決議聲明措辭偏鷹派
美聯儲在決議聲明中指出，將繼續每月增持至少800億美元的國債和至少400億美元的住房抵押貸款支持證券，直到委員會的充分就業和物價穩定目標取得實質性進展，將超額準備金利率（IOER）從0.1%調整至0.15%。
美聯儲將隔夜逆回購利率由0%調整至0.05%，自6月17日開始生效。將與9家央行的美元臨時掉期互換期限延長至12月31日。
美聯儲指出，經濟發展的路徑在很大程度上取決于疫情的走向。受疫情影響最嚴重的部門仍然疲弱，但已經表現出部分進展。隨著疫苗接種取得進展，經濟活動和就業指標有所加強。力求在較長時期內實現充分就業和通脹率達到2%。
委員們一致同意此次的利率決定。（與上次會議一致）
另外公布的美聯儲點陣圖顯示，到2023年底，美聯儲將加息兩次。 13名委員預計在2023年開始加息，今年3月為7名委員。7名委員預計在2022年開始加息，今年3月為4名委員。
美聯儲對未來美國經濟預期
通脹方面， 2021年、2022年和2023年的PCE通脹預期中值分別為3.4%，2.1%，2.2%。（3月預期分別為2.4%，2.0%，2.1%）。2021年、2022年和2023年的核心PCE通脹預期中值分別為3.0%，2.1%，2.1%。（3月預期分別為2.2%，2.0%，2.1%）。美聯儲經濟預期中的圖表顯示，FOMC與會者中多數認為PCE通脹、核心PCE通脹面臨較高的不確定性，風險傾向上行。
就業方面， 2021年、2022年和2023年的失業率預期中值分別為4.5%，3.8%，3.5%。（3月預期分別為4.5%，3.9%，3.5%）。
經濟增長方面，2021年底GDP增速預期中值為7.0%，3月預期為6.5%。 2022年底GDP增速預期中值為3.3%，3月預期為3.3%。2023年底GDP增速預期中值為2.4%，3月預期為2.2%。長期GDP增速預期中值為1.8%，3月預期為1.8%。美聯儲經濟預期中的圖表顯示，FOMC與會者中多數認為實際GDP面臨較高的不確定性，風險大致平衡
