美联储持稳符合预期，政策基调略偏鹰派
周三(6月16日)纽约时段盘中，北京时间周四凌晨2点整，美联储公布最新的6月利率决议，美联储维持利率0-0.25%不变，符合预期。从本次美联储决议声明上看，美联储措辞略偏鹰派，美联储上调了通胀预期，点阵图显示美联储加息时间点略有提前。在决议公布后，现货金价短线重挫20美元刷新一个月低位，美元指数短线上扬近50点，其它非美品种不同程度上涨。
美联储决议声明措辞偏鹰派
美联储在决议声明中指出，将继续每月增持至少800亿美元的国债和至少400亿美元的住房抵押贷款支持证券，直到委员会的充分就业和物价稳定目标取得实质性进展，将超额准备金利率（IOER）从0.1%调整至0.15%。
美联储将隔夜逆回购利率由0%调整至0.05%，自6月17日开始生效。将与9家央行的美元临时掉期互换期限延长至12月31日。
美联储指出，经济发展的路径在很大程度上取决于疫情的走向。受疫情影响最严重的部门仍然疲弱，但已经表现出部分进展。随着疫苗接种取得进展，经济活动和就业指标有所加强。力求在较长时期内实现充分就业和通胀率达到2%。
委员们一致同意此次的利率决定。（与上次会议一致）
另外公布的美联储点阵图显示，到2023年底，美联储将加息两次。 13名委员预计在2023年开始加息，今年3月为7名委员。7名委员预计在2022年开始加息，今年3月为4名委员。
美联储对未来美国经济预期
通胀方面， 2021年、2022年和2023年的PCE通胀预期中值分别为3.4%，2.1%，2.2%。（3月预期分别为2.4%，2.0%，2.1%）。2021年、2022年和2023年的核心PCE通胀预期中值分别为3.0%，2.1%，2.1%。（3月预期分别为2.2%，2.0%，2.1%）。美联储经济预期中的图表显示，FOMC与会者中多数认为PCE通胀、核心PCE通胀面临较高的不确定性，风险倾向上行。
就业方面， 2021年、2022年和2023年的失业率预期中值分别为4.5%，3.8%，3.5%。（3月预期分别为4.5%，3.9%，3.5%）。
经济增长方面，2021年底GDP增速预期中值为7.0%，3月预期为6.5%。 2022年底GDP增速预期中值为3.3%，3月预期为3.3%。2023年底GDP增速预期中值为2.4%，3月预期为2.2%。长期GDP增速预期中值为1.8%，3月预期为1.8%。美联储经济预期中的图表显示，FOMC与会者中多数认为实际GDP面临较高的不确定性，风险大致平衡
