美国CPI创十三年新高，黄金多头还有上涨空间吗？
周五（6月11日）亚洲时段，现货黄金持稳于1898附近。周四（6月10日）金价探底回升，5月CPI同比涨幅达到5%，创十三年新高，支撑金价力挽狂澜，另外美元与美债收益率也双双回落。不过初请数据的强劲以及逆回购使用量再创记录这两个因素限制了金价的升势。在美元继续维持震荡弱势的情况下，金价可能在下周美联储利率决议之前仍然有一定的上行空间。
美元冲高回落
美元指数周四冲高回落，小幅下跌0.06%，盘中稍早时涨时跌，因投资者消化了美国通胀上升和欧洲央行评论，同时关注美联储下次会议。
在整个星期采取观望态度、减少市场波动、主要货币大多在区间波动后，周四的事态发展似乎没有给外汇市场带来什么新的方向。
Amundi U.S.固定收益和外汇策略主管Paresh Upadhyaya表示：“美元在观望，因为它在寻找下一个关键事件风险，即FOMC会议和美联储可能开始讨论缩减购债的前景，这可能为美元提供支撑。”
大田环球分析师表示：“美元的总体趋势是有些疲软，这不仅仅是因为美国经济的强劲增长，很多经济体都在复苏。当你对全球整体增长持乐观态度时，通常会产生一种冒险心态，这将对其他货币有利，而不是美元。”
美国5月份CPI超过预期
根据美国劳工部周四发布的报告，5月份消费者价格指数环比上涨0.6%，低于4月份0.8%、同时也是2009年以来最大的涨幅。不包含食品和能源的核心CPI上涨0.7%，超过了预期。
经济学家进行调查得出的预测中值是整体和核心CPI均上涨0.5%。
与一年前同月相比，5月份CPI跃升5%，为2008年8月以来的最大年度涨幅，但该数字仍因为基数效应而受到扭曲。2020年5月的物价因为新冠疫情而受到抑制，因此导致5月份的同比通胀显得更高。
核心CPI同比上升3.8%，为1992年以来最大。
在原材料有时甚至人员也短缺的背景下，企业努力满足激增的需求，导致整个经济体的价格压力持续攀升。运输瓶颈、更高的投入成本和不断上涨的工资都给希望保持利润率的企业带来了挑战。
消费者在商品上的强劲支出——部分上受到政府刺激措施的推动——导致订单积压和库存减少。抗疫限制措施取消、疫苗接种推进和社交活动正在转化为更多的服务需求，成为通货膨胀的另一个推动力。
黄金策略基金的共同资产组合经理人Jason Teed在CPI数据公布后表示，美联储仍认为目前的通胀问题是暂时的，这是因疫情引起供应问题，以及在经过去年封锁后经济重启所造成的。目前为止，市场似乎同意这点。如果通胀持续超越预期，黄金价格可能持续上升，但如果通胀开始改善，黄金可能会吐回今年迄今发生的一些涨幅。
