小非農不及預期，市場預期就業市場樂觀

3月3日，美國公佈了市場目前密切關注的小非農ADP數據，結果公佈數據不及市場預期和前值，數據公佈後，現貨黃金出現短線上漲，但沒多久就收回漲幅。在數據公佈前金價已經短線下跌了10美元。
具體數據顯示，美國2月ADP就業人數實際公佈11.70萬，預期值20萬，前值17.4萬。
分析師認為，就業市場繼續全面緩慢復蘇，我們看到大型企業越來越感受到新冠疫情的影響，商品生產行業的就業增長正停滯。在疫情仍占主導地位的情況下，服務業仍遠低於疫情前水準；然而，隨著開業時間的臨近和消費者信心的增強，這個行業可能會是最大的受益者。
具體就業分項方面，ADP報告顯示，2月商業服務就業人數增加2.2萬人，上月為增加4.0萬人。2月貿易/運輸/公用事業就業人數增加4.8萬人，上月為增加1.6萬人。
ADP報告顯示，2月建築業就業人數減少0.3萬人，上月為增加1.8萬人。2月製造業就業人數減少1.4萬人，上月為增加0.1萬人。2月金融服務業就業人數不變，1月增加0.1萬人。
美債利率徘徊高位之際，摩根大通在最近的研報中，對未來兩年美國經濟及就業復蘇做出樂觀預測，或對應著高升的通脹預期。
值得注意的是，按照美聯儲主席鮑威爾上周三參加眾議院金融服務委員會聽證時的說法，目前美國就業人口較一年前下降了1000萬人，則上述預測意味著，到今年年底，美國就業市場就將恢復逾8成。
三藩市聯儲主席Mary Daly週二在紐約經濟俱樂部活動中明確表示，目前美國通脹依然很低，大量美國民眾依然處於失業狀態，美國貨幣政策必須要在一段時間內仍然保持寬鬆。
她強調：我們最重要的精神，就是“耐心”。我們需要持續評估勞動力市場狀況，會避免在數以百萬計的美國人在享受到益處之前就過早的收緊貨幣政策。
對於當前市場的擔憂，Daly認為這是基於很過時的論斷。她認為，失業率走低會推升工資和物價這種說法，對1970年代是適用的，在今天這種環境下，這種關聯要弱的多。現在還看不到通脹會大幅走高的跡象，而目前最大的風險是通脹太低，要讓通脹率回到2%“可能還需要一段時間”。
