小非農不及預期，美國就業市場面臨危機

具體就業分項方面，ADP報告顯示，11月金融服務業就業人數增加0.8萬人，10月增加0.6萬人。11月製造業就業人數增加0.8萬人，10月增加0.7萬人。11月專業/商業服務就業人數增加5.5萬人，10月增加6萬人。11月建築業就業人數增加2.2萬人，10月增加0.7萬人。11月貿易/運輸/公用事業就業人數增加3.1萬人，10月增加5.3萬人。10月新增就業崗位總數由36.5萬個修正至40.4萬個。11月所有行業、規模的就業增長保持正增長。
分析指出，美國就業增長步伐繼續放緩。財經網站Forexlive評美國11月ADP數據認為，ADP報告公佈的實際數據遜於預期，突顯出週五非農就業數據面臨的一些下行風險。但問題是，這份報告在預測新冠病毒大流行時的政府數據方面做得很糟糕。市場對該報告的反應微乎其微，但也有輕微的避險情緒。
美聯儲主席鮑威爾在週一(12月1日)發表講話時稱，近幾個月來經濟復蘇的步伐放緩，而未來前景仍然極為不確定。鮑威爾表示，最近疫苗研發上的進展就中期而言是個好消息，但短期內經濟仍存在重大挑戰和不確定性。新冠病毒的傳播是他最關注的近期風險。
