黃金微跌，避險情緒依舊強勁

9月25日，國際現貨黃金價格微跌，由於美元回落而且美國退出更多經濟刺激措施的希望重新出現，金價可能遇到較大跌幅。不過股市再度波動，加上宏觀環境以及地緣政治的不確定性，黃金仍有較大避險吸引力。
美元指數脫離兩個月高點，但周線上漲1.5%，料錄得4月初來最大周線漲幅。美元上漲會導致黃金對其他貨幣持有者而言變得昂貴。
美國國會眾議院籌款委員會主席尼爾表示，民主黨人正在努力制定2.2萬億美元的新冠疫情刺激計畫，議員們將在下周投票表決。
不過美國參議院撥款委員會主席Richard Shelby表示，雖然財政部長姆努欽早些時候談到要重啟刺激法案談判，但國會通過法案的機會“渺茫”。他沒有透露具體時間表，Shelby指出，“機會總是有的，但概率很小，零敲碎打的法案很難通過。必須將他們合在一塊”。
全球各國央行已經推出大量刺激措施並將利率降至零附近，以因應疫情對經濟的衝擊，這助推金價今年上漲逾20%。
儘管經歷了一輪又一輪的平倉，黃金ETF的資金外流不斷增加，但黃金的投資需求依然堅挺，雖然美元走強和實際利率上升抑制了投資者對黃金的偏好，由於股市再度波動，以及持續的宏觀和地緣政治不確定性，黃金的避險吸引力仍將強勁。美元走強以及美國大選前新財政刺激計畫的前景消退已經導致金價下跌。
眼下黃金市場的一大風險在於其只有一個堅實的支撐，即投資需求。並且整個市場極為少見地在黃金ETF等投資需求和實物需求直接出現如此巨大的分歧。今年上半年黃金的消費需求全面崩潰，但投資需求，尤其是北美和歐洲的投資需求強勁，足以抵消消費需求的下降。
在疫情繼續影響全球經濟的情況下，全球利率會繼續維持在低水準，也就繼續為貴金屬市場提供支撐。或許很長時間裡都不會出現加息了。此外疫情影響下，黃金礦產和加工行業也將受到影響，意味著供應面可能出現問題，同樣會為金價提供支撐。
