黃金價格升破2040美元，美國兩黨仍未消除分歧！
就在本周三(8月5日)，現貨黃金在過去3個交易日都呈現上漲勢頭，繼續刷新曆史高位至2044.85美元/盎司，而且由于美國最新的新冠疫情救助計劃在國會遇阻，推動美國公債收益率下降，更是進一步拖累美元走低。大田分析師預測，美國會進一步采取貨幣寬松政策以支撐經濟的前景。
大部分投資者也認為，隨著新冠肺炎疫情的影響波及全球經濟，黃金將比其他資産更好地保值，這推動了金價上漲。現貨金今年已飙升逾34%，是2020年表現最好的資産之一。
美國兩黨仍未消除分歧
美國新冠感染病例繼續大增，過去兩周，美國每天的平均死亡人數超過1000人，美國幾十個州不得不暫停或取消重啓計劃。白宮抗疫工作小組協調員Deborah Birx上周末表示，疫情在鄉村地區的傳播程度和在城市一樣“異常地廣泛”。美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)局長Stephen Hahn周二表示，疫情仍未得到控制，敦促美國人“嚴肅對待”。
眼下關注焦點在于華盛頓。美國白宮談判人員和國會民主黨人正試圖在本周末之前就新冠疫情救助計劃達成協議。美國財長努欽周二表示，議案的關鍵部分已取得進展。
雙方一周來幾乎日日磋商，卻仍無協議在望。參議院民主黨領袖舒默稱，他與衆議院議長佩洛希、財長努欽、白宮幕僚長Mark Meadows在數個領域越來越有共識。他試圖強調磋商已取得進展。但白宮指責民主黨“拿談判當玩笑”，並威脅若無法很快達成協議，將單方面采取行動。
談判涉及的關鍵問題美國兩黨仍存在分歧，包括對疫情中失去工作者的失業救濟、對企業的債務保護、延期償付房租、以及針對學校、各州及地方政府和選舉安全的資金。隨著疫情造成財務衝擊、死亡病例超過16萬人，美國經濟處于困境。
美國此前已經推出的一系列刺激措施導致美債收益率大跌，五年期國債收益上日更是觸及紀錄新低的0.187%，令非孳息的黃金更具吸引力。美元大幅走軟，使得黃金對持有其他貨幣的買家來說更便宜。
