黃金升至九年高位，貴金屬迎來樂觀預期

7月21日，現貨黃金出現巨大漲幅，刷新自九年以來的最新高位，除了黃金外，現貨白銀價格也出現了巨大的漲幅。由於美元遭到市場的拋售，而且市場預期政府貨幣政策刺激力度將加大，也推動了貴金屬的上漲。
貴金屬在閃閃發光，主要由於對冠狀病毒疫情的持續擔憂，以及全球推出更多經濟刺激措施的前景。此前澳大利亞維多利亞州的新感染病例激增，刺激了對避險資產的需求。歐盟領導人商定了前所未有的刺激方案，希望推動經濟擺脫衰退。白銀廣泛用於從太陽能電池板到電子產品等各種生產領域，也受到了供應擔憂和對工業需求反彈預期的提振。
COMEX 8月黃金期貨收漲1.5%，報1843.90美元/盎司，創2011年9月份以來主力合約收盤新高；COMEX 9月白銀期貨收漲6.8%，報21.557美元/盎司，為2014年3月以來最高水準；其他貴金屬週二亦走高，紐約商交所鈀期貨上漲3.7%，鉑上漲7.1%，創4月以來最大漲幅。
歐盟領導人就史無前例的刺激方案達成一致，美元指數大跌，刷新3月10日以來低點至95.04；分析師表示，美元下跌，因為世界的情況看起來略有好轉，收益率曲線利率已經全線下降，這再次成為扶助金價的另一個因素。
由於投資者規避冠狀病毒疫情可能帶來的進一步衝擊，黃金和白銀成為大宗商品指數中今年表現最佳的品種。寬鬆貨幣政策下的低利率也增強了這兩種非生息資產的吸引力。投資者需求的激增導致黃金和白銀ETF的持倉量達到歷史新高。
即使在近期上漲之後，隨著投資者繼續湧入，仍然有很多銀行和交易員預測白銀將繼續上漲。分析師在一份報告中表示，預計未來6至12個月之內，白銀將上漲至每盎司25美元，按照其樂觀情景預期，銀價甚至可能達到每盎司30美元。
