歐元區經濟復蘇受影響，面臨超發風險

分析師預計歐元區經濟將在2020年出現崩潰，由於西班牙、義大利等國家的經濟萎縮程度比新興市場經濟體要打，同時市場重點關注歐元區經濟將如何實現經濟復蘇，市場認為至少要到2023年，歐元區經濟才能恢復過來。
儘管大規模的財政和貨幣刺激措施、負利率以及歐洲央行資產負債表超過GDP的40％，法國和義大利在第四季度經濟增速仍處於停滯狀態，德國勉強擺脫了衰退。
歐元區的疲軟早在2017年就開始出現，令人失望的經濟資料在接下來的幾年中持續不斷。歐元區許多政府將疲軟的經濟歸咎于英國脫歐和國際貿易緊張局勢，但實際上這更多的是該經濟體的結構性問題。
在歐元區，實體經濟的80％是通過銀行管道融資的（而在美國，這一比例還不到15％）。歐元區銀行的不良貸款仍然超過6000億歐元（占總資產的3.3％，而美國為1％），由於負利率和有形資產回報率很低，這幾乎是無利可圖的業務。

由於缺乏技術和智慧財產權領導地位，歐元區在復蘇中也面臨著重大挑戰。因為資金可會流入有更具吸引力的稅收且擁有更加靈活的就業市場和對企業家活動有更多現實支持的市場。
基於此，即使有大規模的財政和貨幣刺激措施，歐元區經濟也要到2023年才能恢復其產出和就業機會，而由於需求不斷減少的歐元大量供應，債務上升至創紀錄的高位以及貨幣失衡可能仍會持續，對歐元區穩定造成重大問題，這可能持續對歐元構成壓力。
