金价涨幅受限，市场聚焦非农报告

3月5日，现货黄金维持小幅度震荡攀升，在美联储紧急降息后，美国股市开始出现回升，市场情绪有所缓和，同时做多黄金的热情开始减退，当前市场焦点聚焦在周五的非农报告中，且市场对非农有较好的预期。
在此前的一个月里，人们普遍担心公共卫生安全问题将导致全球经济放缓。然而，数据显示，尽管市场存在担忧，股市也剧烈波动，美国公司继续招聘，经济仍然保持弹性。
ADP数据反映了小企业可能会受到疫情的冲击。2月份新增就业岗位13.3万个，几乎全部来自雇佣员工超过55人的企业。而人数少于50人的公司只增加了2.4万个工作岗位。
2月份非农就业人数将保持强劲增长，雇主将增加20万个就业岗位。预计疫情不会对招聘产生太大影响，因在调查期间，对疫情的担忧没有那么明显，也没有任何迹象表明疫情对招聘活动造成实质影响。2020年人口普查招聘数据可能会破坏季度预期，预计需要每月增加13万个就业岗位才能使失业率继续走低。
本周以来美国股市并未延续上周的大幅下跌模式，转而出现反弹回升的行情，这在一定程度上利好风险情绪，也限制了金价的涨幅。
就业市场方面，报告显示，劳动力不足导致许多企业增速降低和建设项目延迟。为吸引人才，一些企业主将临时工转为固定员工。部分地区制造业、零售业和运输行业用人需求下滑。
工资方面，在一些地区，工资温和增长。企业认为，劳动力市场紧张与最低工资提高为企业薪资带来上行压力。随着福利成本上升以及企业主为吸引和留住员工而扩大福利，企业福利支出有所增加。
美联储下一次货币政策会议将于3月17日至18日举行。布拉德认为，截至下次货币政策会议时，美联储不太可能得到比现在更多的不一样的信息，因此不能确定美联储将在下次会议上继续降息，市场不应预先对此作出判断。但他也表示，不排除美联储在3月会议上再次降息的可能性。未来，如有必要，美联储可以再像本次紧急降息一样选择在两次会议之间召开会议。
