美國四季度GDP符合預期，但公共衛生事件影響一季度增長

2月27日，美國公佈一系列市場重點關注的經濟資料，當中美國的四季度GDP資料符合市場預期，但是1月耐用品訂單不及預期，但一系列資料公佈後，現貨黃金短線震盪，整體維持上漲趨勢。
具體資料顯示，美國第四季度實際GDP年化季率修正值實際公佈2.1%，預期2.1%，前值2.1%。
其他分項顯示，美國第四季度消費者支出年化季率修正值實際公佈1.7%，預期1.7%，前值1.8%；美國第四季度GDP平減指數修正值實際公佈1.3%，預期1.4%，前值1.4%。
國經濟第四季度溫和增長，但在2020年初因迅速蔓延的新冠病毒面臨危機。雖然目前為止還沒有確切證據表明新冠肺炎疫情正在影響美國經濟，但經濟學家預計，陷入困境的製造業將受到供應鏈中斷和出口的打擊。
本次公佈的是去年四季度美國GDP的修正資料，並未體現當前市場廣泛關注的公共衛生安全問題。美國總統特朗普昨日表示，公共衛生安全問題可能影響美國GDP，但程度無法確定。特朗普稱衛生安全對美國人造成的風險仍然很低，如果問題擴散，準備好採取任何需要的措施。
在公共衛生安全問題得到控制之前，風險顯然偏向下行。越來越多的企業預計，如果供應鏈中斷持續到第二季度或更晚，則可能會減產。高盛預計，若問題得到控制，美國經濟活動將在第二季度反彈。
其他分項顯示，美國1月扣除飛機非國防耐用品訂單月率初值實際公佈1.1%，預期0.1%，前值-0.8%。美國1月扣除運輸耐用品訂單月率初值實際公佈0.9%，預期0.2%，前值-0.1%。
機構美國1月耐用品訂單月率指出，美國一月耐用品訂單量小幅下降，原因是軍事武器訂單不景氣、汽車需求下降。商業投資表現疲軟，而且鑒於新冠病毒的蔓延對全球經濟造成的破壞，商業投資可能會繼續疲軟。
