美国数据表现不佳，金价升高

12月19日，美国公布了一系列的经济数据，当中美国的三季度经常账赤字超出预期，制造业数指数不及预期，同时初请失业金数据也表现较差，在一系列数据的较差表现下，现货黄金短线上涨。
具体数据显示，美国第三季度经常帐实际公布赤字1241亿美元，预期赤字1220美元，前值赤字1282美元。
由于进口急剧下滑，且基本收入盈余增加，美国第三季度经常账赤字降至逾一年低位，为2018年第二个季度以来的最低水平。
美国上周初请失业金申领人数自前一周的逾两年高位下滑，减少1.8万人至23.4万人，降幅虽未抵消前一周4.9万人的增幅，但考虑到感恩节假期之后的就业情况波动往往较大，认为就业市场持续走强的趋势没有改变。
数据还显示，美国12月费城联储制造业指数实际公布0.3，预期8，前值10.4。美国12月费城联储制造业指数刷新今年1月以来新低。其中分项，美国12月费城联储制造业就业指数17.8，前值21.5。
分析指出，美国制造业就业岗位的流失已经开始。问题在于，领先的就业指标仍在下降，这表明制造业放缓趋势可能还会至少持续数月。
美联储官员周三表示，在今年三次降息后，目前美国经济状况良好，凸显出美联储将在短期内维持借贷成本在当前水平的共识。
纽约联储主席威廉姆斯周三也对2020年前景表达了乐观的看法。威廉姆斯在接受采访时表示，“我对今年的经济形势及其发展状况，以及明年的经济前景感到乐观。”威廉姆斯预计美国经济明年将增长2%左右，失业率将保持在目前3.5%的水平附近，通胀率将接近美联储2%的目标。
另外，目前市场关注的是美国零售方面的情况。美国零售商预计将在今年的“超级星期六”创下销售纪录，因为感恩节和圣诞节之间的日子比往常更少，迫使购物者抓紧时间完成他们的购物。
