黃金仍有拋售壓力，但已有利好因素支撐

根據數據顯示，黃金多頭倉位有所增加，在黃金空倉也進一步增加了。目前黃金多頭倉位和一周前的數據相比並沒有太大的變化，但是在調查期間，金價面臨著比較巨大的拋售壓力，金價已在千五關口下方。
不斷上升的全球債券收益率令金價承壓。全球負收益債券規模已降至11.6萬億美元，較8月28日的峰值減少了三分之一；如果從5月份以來的上漲行情中回調，我們關注的價位是1448美元、1413美元，最重要的是1380美元。
展望未來，預計黃金短期內將面臨更大的拋售壓力。道明證券分析師表示考慮到目前價格低於1480美元的支撐位，同時未平倉頭寸仍處於歷史高位，我們認為價格波動將持續一段時間至低點1425美元，儘管我們期望不要跌破這些水準；
最新調研結果表明，黃金是一種主流的投資選擇，在最穩定的投資選擇中位列第三；全球有46%的個人投資者選擇黃金產品，僅次於儲蓄帳戶(78%)和人壽保險(54%)。在珠寶首飾方面，56%的消費者購買過黃金首飾，而購買過鉑金首飾的消費者只有34%。調研結果還顯示，儘管超過三分之一(38%)的個人投資者和時尚發燒友過去從未購買過黃金，但這些人均對黃金表示了興趣。這表明，如果能夠轉化這些潛在的需求，黃金市場將擁有更大的增長潛力。
雖美聯儲在十月如期降息25個基點，但他們也表示這將是今年的最後一次降息。於是在10月底，美聯儲12月的降息概率從近50%驟降至10%。但市場認為，明年頭兩次的美聯儲議息會議仍有50%的至少再降息一次的概率。貨幣政策方向的不確定性可能會對黃金表現產生影響。
