加拿大資料意外減少，美元再度刷新

11月8日，加拿大公佈了10月就業資料，就業人數意外小幅減少，當中全職就業人數減少幅度較大，失業率維持不變，在資料公佈後，美元兌加元短線小幅上漲。
具體資料顯示，加拿大10月就業人數變動實際公佈減少0.18萬人，預期增長1.50萬人，前值5.37萬人；加拿大9月失業率實際公佈5.5%，預期5.5%，前值5.5%。
其中加拿大9月全職就業人數變動實際公佈減少1.61萬人，預期增長0.25萬人，前值增長7.0萬人。加拿大9月兼職就業人數變動實際公佈增加1.43萬人，預期增加1.25萬人，前值減少1.63萬人。
分析指出，加拿大勞動力市場在連續兩個月走強後出現下滑，就業率和失業率幾乎沒有變化，這表明該國近期就業增長的步伐可能正在降溫。私營部門的就業率幾乎沒有變化，而自由職業則下降了27,800人。公共部門的就業幫助抵消了大部分損失，增加了28,700個工作崗位。與選舉有關的雇用促進了公共部門的收益。
分析指出，儘管10月份略有下降，但今年迄今為止就業崗位的增長仍然強勁。加拿大新增了近39.1萬個就業崗位，是自2002年以來的頭10個月中最多的。儘管人們擔心貿易緊張局勢導致經濟增長放緩，但10月份就業資料持平並沒有改變勞動力市場仍是加拿大經濟亮點的看法。
另外有分析指出，雖然本次數據意外減少，但整體來看加拿大就業崗位今年仍然維持強勁增長，而加拿大的通脹率也維持在央行目標水準2%附近。今年自4月份開始，加拿大就業市場就異常強勁。自從2015年特魯多上臺以來，加拿大創造了超過110萬個就業職位。
分析指出，加拿大的就業資料亮點仍然很多，比如失業率相對較低、就業品質高、工作崗位增加，而且就業增長平衡。分析指出，雖然就業增長主要集中在醫療保健部門，但無論公共部門，還是自雇，就業人數都有明顯增加。
分析指出，最近的資料顯示，加拿大經濟資料總體向好、加拿大的收益率現在接近或高於其他多數G10貨幣國家。值得注意的是隨著美聯儲年內第三次降息，目前加拿大央行利率已經高於美聯儲。
不過此前加拿大央行下調了經濟預期，分析師表示，加拿大央行上周變得更加謹慎，下調了經濟增長預測，因為擔心加拿大經濟將受到國際貿易不確定性的考驗。
