總統彈劾調查接近尾聲，美元可以安全度過嗎？

最近美國眾議院加快了彈劾調查的搜證速度，本周將有6名證人出席彈劾調查的挺正規。根據外媒報導，佚名官員表示，美國國家安全委員會主管和俄羅斯及歐洲事務的主任將閉門作證。
本周美聯儲利率決議，市場預期美聯儲降息幾乎已是肯定的事。分析师表示，目前，美聯儲和歐洲央行的貨幣刺激措施正在推高資產價格，而不是投資於有形和無形資產，因此難以幫助經濟增長。

分析師指出，三大因素應能支撐美元在明年第一季度走強：美國的利率高於其他大多數發達國家，其國內通脹率比歐洲“更好”、全球經濟增長預期遭降級。這位高級分析師說，這家資產規模為4690億美元的資產管理公司已準備好，美元兌歐元將從目前的1.11升至平價，這是自2002年以來從未達到過的水準，儘管歐元兌美元在10月份上漲了近2％。
