欧盟批准脱欧延期，英国议会出现新变化

英镑兑美元震荡上行后回吐部分涨幅，在10月31日英国脱欧日期逼近之时，欧盟全体成员国同意英国延期脱欧三个月，市场对英国无协议脱欧的忧虑被消解，对英镑反弹构成强力支撑，但英国提前进行大选也让英镑上行出现一定的阻力。
英国首相约翰逊将在当地时间周一(北京时间23:30左右)向议会提交举行大选的动议，工党的立场表明，约翰逊将无法争取到他在议会所需的三分之二多数。市场分析人士认为，约翰逊似乎不太可能取胜。
英国首相发言人称，议会三年来一直阻止脱欧协议，显然我们需要新的议会。首相目前还没有看到欧洲理事会主席图斯克的来信。首相将大选视作打破脱欧障碍的方式。
爱尔兰政府发言人表示，爱尔兰乐见延长英国脱欧时间的决定，该决定扭转了毁灭性的无协议脱欧的风险。英国脱欧延期的决定将最后期限延长至1月底，但如果英国方面迅速完成脱欧协议法案，则允许英国提前脱欧。
美国10年期国债收益率的下行及美联储本周再度降息的预期打压美元，一定程度上支撑英镑。
英镑兑美元进一步下行料于1.2760-1.2700获得强劲支撑，上周未能成功向上突破1.30的关键心理关口，极短线可能进一步走软，不过下行料止步于1.2760-1.2700，上行目标依次为200周移动均线1.3138及5月高点1.3187，目前来看，只要下行维持在9月20日高点1.2582上方，那么短期风险就仍偏上行。
