英美陷入政局危机，冒险情绪下降

本周初欧元兑美元承受额外的下行压力，因德国及欧元区制造业PMI表现不佳，欧元区经济增长的持续减速为欧洲央行在更长期内实施更宽松货币政策创造了条件，并加剧了德国经济在三季度陷入技术性衰退的风险，此外关税问题也令欧元多头叫苦不迭。
近日欧盟贸易负责人重申，如果美国总统特朗普继续威胁要对欧盟汽车产品加征关税，欧盟也将对美国征收报复性关税。
欧洲贸易专员塞西莉亚·马尔姆斯特罗姆曾在5月批评特朗普的言论，该言论称运往美国市场的欧盟汽车和汽车零部件对美国构成安全风险。特朗普政府自行设定今年11月中旬为截止日期，以决定是否限制此类产自欧盟的汽车和零部件进口。
欧元兑美元下个关键支撑位位于周度低点1.0965，一旦跌破此点位，那么可能向下测试年度低点1.0926。
有关特朗普被弹劾的消息令投资者们保持谨慎，避险情绪升温。当地时间9月24号下午，美国众议院议长佩洛西宣布计划启动正式的总统弹劾调查，总统候选人拜登亦表态支持弹劾总统。
分析师表示，从策略上来看，短线看跌欧元兑美元及欧元兑日元，本周初出炉的欧元区一系列制造业采购经理人指数疲软，德国制造业板块进一步恶化，凸显了欧元区经济增长进一步放缓，这导致欧元承受下行压力，欧元兑美元向下测试1.0926关键支撑位的几率越来越大。
