金價站穩千五，美聯儲為後市發展指明方向

8月21日，現貨黃金維持震盪攀升的走勢，市場在美聯儲會議紀要公佈前變得十分謹慎。而現貨黃金價格在連續大幅上漲之後，目前仍然處於回落調整的情況，但總體上漲趨勢明顯。
越來越多的預測表明，貿易摩擦和全球增長放緩，正在推動美國經濟陷入衰退。雖然特朗普一直矢口否認這種說法，但他也花了很多時間提出一些可以避免衰退的政策。
隨著2020年的大選升溫，經濟萎縮的可能性越來越大，可能會重創特朗普連任的希望。根據8月份經濟學家的一項調查顯示，未來一年經濟陷入衰退的可能性已上升至35%。
分析師表示，“收益率曲線的倒掛引發美國投資者不安，在美聯儲會議記錄公佈前，以及傑克森霍爾會議的消息出來之前，人們都在尋求逢低買進。”
義大利國債本月表現拉鋸，因為投資者擔心如果Salvini組閣則會增加開支，導致羅馬與布魯塞爾之間重新爆發預算爭端。如果出現新的執政聯盟，可能摧毀Salvini直接領導政府的野心。
市場將樂見當前政治聯盟中的五星運動黨與中間偏左的民主黨結盟，但這種聯盟的脆弱性也會限制市場上漲空間。目前，這樣的結果可能會在未來幾個月推遲對明年預算的爭執。
北京時間週四淩晨02:00，美國聯邦公開市場委員會(FOMC)將公佈7月30-31日政策會議的會議紀要。
而美聯儲上次利率決議的降息舉措，是其近年來首度在非季度性決議的情況下作出，由於沒有最新利率點陣圖和經濟預測的發佈，市場對於美聯儲內部官員當時的立場至今並不清晰，本周的紀要無疑有望填補這一空白。
分析師表示，市場在等待美聯儲會議紀要的結果，或進一步暗示市場緊張。由於地緣政治緊張局勢，貿易爭端和央行刺激信號，各國中央銀行增加黃金儲備，因此黃金的基本面依然樂觀。
