6月13日，市场公布原油市场报告，贸易紧张局势冲击了全球的原油需求，同时油价由于阿曼湾邮轮爆炸影响，油价有所上涨。若是市场没有采取进一步措施来延长原油减产协议，油价将无法持续上涨。
欧佩克月报显示，贸易局势冲击了全球原油需求 ，预计2019年全年原油需求增长约为120万桶/日，预计2019年全年原油需求增长约为120万桶/日；二手资料显示，OPEC5月原油产出为2988万桶/日，较上月减少23.6万桶/日。
将第一季度原油需求增速年率下调至90万桶/日，将2019年对OPEC原油需求预期下调至3052万桶/日，前值为3058万桶/日，OPEC 5月原油产量下滑是因伊朗及减产协议影响导致供应减少 。
分析师表示，因伊朗石油出口等不确定性因素，越来越难以知道，原油生产水平将如何平衡市场。
周四，哈萨克斯坦能源部长称，哈萨克斯坦对60-70美元/桶的油价水平感到满意，有必要将减产协定延长至2019年底，预计哈萨克斯坦上半年原油产量为179万桶/日。
周四（6月13日），油价因受阿曼湾油轮爆炸影响上涨，一度上破53美元关口触及盘中最高至53.11美元，此次阿曼湾油轮爆炸增加了阿联酋港口事故发生的频率，5月份阿联酋港口也曾有油轮遭遇袭击，当时美国指责伊朗是袭击的幕后黑手。在经历了昨日的暴跌后，此次油价的显著上涨是一次非常有必要的缓冲。但如果欧佩克+迟迟不采取进一步措施来延长减产协议，油价上涨料将不会持续太久。
分析师表示，俄罗斯迟迟不同欧佩克确认在减产协议过期前举行会议的日期，不过投资者不应对此过分担心，只要8月前会议顺利举行就不会有太大影响。俄罗斯原油大规模污染事件中的Druzhba管道两三个月内料不会恢复。若本月欧佩克和俄罗斯不举行会晤，那减产协议的其他各方是否还会在6月30日之后跟随欧佩克减产将成疑，哈萨克斯坦能源部长周四预计欧佩克与非欧佩克产油国会议将在7月初举行。
