美国CPI不及预期，金价逼近千三关口

3月12日，美国公布的CPI数据不及预期，美元指数短线快速降低，随后徘徊在97关口。而现货黄金短线上涨，逼近千三关口，刷新两个交易日高点。而美国基本面开始呈现比较疲弱的趋势。
具体数据显示，美国2月未季调CPI年率公布值为1.5%，不及前值及预期的1.6%；而2月未季调核心CPI年率为2.1%，也差于预期及前值的2.2%；美国2月未季调CPI指数公布值为252.8，与预期相符，高于前值的251.7。
此外，美国2月CPI月率录得四个月来首次上涨，但涨幅并不大，为近两年半以来最小涨幅。美国劳工部表示，受食品、汽油和租金成本上涨影响，美国2月季调后CPI月率上涨0.2%。
国内和全球经济增长放缓，抑制了通胀，即使劳动力市场吃紧，推高了工资水平。美联储主席鲍威尔上周日重申了今年进一步收紧货币政策的观望态度，并不急于再次调整利率水平。
美国国内劳动力成本一直在上升，劳动力是通货膨胀最重要的因素。尽管劳动力市场紧缩推动薪资走高，但因美国国内及全球经济增速放缓，通胀依旧处于可控范围内。2月美国年化薪资增速录得3.4%，为2009年4月以来最大增幅。
目前市场对全球经济增长放缓仍有预期，因此黄金依然受到支撑。进入到2019年，美国基本面开始显现出较弱的趋势，过去几年利率走高对经济有所打压，而特朗普的减税等刺激政策效力将消失。
