中期选举将影响美元走势

特朗普上台之后，美元指数的走向呈利多方向。但在2018奶的呢11月，因为中期选举与的出现，将直接影响特朗普的地位，甚至共和党在美国国会的话语权也有有所影响。如果这次共和党在中期选举中失势，美元指数将出现下跌，反之美元指数还有可能创出新高。
特朗普上台，对美元指数会形成利多影响；
改革国内各项制度，比如税率和移民，会导致资金外流，美指下跌；
改革对外各项制度，比如提高关税和针对性制裁，会引起资金流入，美指上涨。
考虑到当前特朗普依旧在不断的加码制裁和退出各项国际协定（统称为贸易保护主义），所以美元指数似乎也没有停止上涨的理由。只是2018年的11月份有些不同，因为存在中期选举这一标志性事件，它的结果将直接影响特朗普，甚至共和党在美国国会（参众两院）的话语权。按照规律一的结论，如果共和党在此次中期选举中失势，那么未来美元指数就会有足够强的理由出现一波下跌；如果民主党在中期选举中明显败北，那么美指说不定还能再次冲击97.2的价格，创出新高。
目前共和党在众议院435席中占据241席，但从上图的民意调查来看，共和党（GOP）在明天开始的中期选举上将大幅减少议席数量，缩水至197席（当然另外有22席摇摆不定）；民主党席位反而可以出现较大增加，预期在216席上下（同样面临另外22席摇摆不定的局面）。

参议院方面，共和党目前占据51席，预期中期选举之后会减少一席至50席；民主党席位数也讲出现松动，从49席降低至45席。当然，目前仍有5个议席位置摇摆不定。
无论是从参议院的调查来看，还是从众议院的调查来看，共和党都将面临议席总数降低的局面，而这个代表着美元指数将会在中期选举之后失势下跌。特朗普对中美洲“大篷车难民”的高调强硬表态，也算是给自己的“民粹主义”再次代言，只不过这次美国老百姓买不买账，还是个未知数。
