意大利预算案遭批，连累黄金下跌

10月19日，现货黄金价格快速下跌，原因意大利预算危机让欧盟国家不安，欧元快速下跌，美元指数抬升，金价受到影响出现下跌。但因经济忧虑重现，拖累亚洲股市下跌，金价也有上涨。
欧盟首席脱欧谈判官巴尼耶表示，意大利必须要清楚，其债务令欧盟所有国家感到担忧。此前欧盟称意大利2019年预算草案严重违反欧盟预算规定。

官员们说，在随后峰会的讨论中，荷兰首相吕特(Mark Rutte)呼吁各国遵守这些限制。长期以来，吕特一直对实施欧盟预算规则持强硬立场。
另外，欧盟执委会主席贾克表示，孔特周四在布鲁塞尔向欧盟领导人陈述了该国2019年的预算草案，但峰会没有讨论任何细节。
但意大利预算危机提振市场避险情绪，对金价同时具有利多，因此金价盘中跌幅并不大。而亚洲时段公布的数据显示，中国第三季国内生产总值(GDP)增速放缓至6.5%，为2009年以来最慢，且低于预期。
新加坡Bullion Star贵金属分析师Ronan Manly表示：“中国股市持续走跌，加上美联储升息、意大利预算担忧及中美贸易战等地缘政治风险挥之不去，股市仍震荡，绝不会企稳，这整体情况应该会支持金价。”
分析师表示：“大家开始认为股市估价过高，这已让他们想需要把资金放在黄金等避险资产上，尤其厌恶风险的人气充斥，又有地缘政治紧张情势的背景下。”
