G20财长避免贸易战升级

7月23日，国际原油价格探底回升。尽管贸易战格局可能抑制经济的增长，进而冲击全球的能源需求，但是投资者对产能下滑更加焦虑。G20财经领袖呼吁各国展开更多对话，避免因为贸易战带来的经济紧张。
在上周末于阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯举行的G20财长和央行行长会议上，财经领袖们呼吁各国开展更多对话，避免因贸易和地缘政治关系趋紧，而伤及经济增长。
各国财长在共同发表的一份声明中表示：“全球经济中短期内的下行风险已经上升。”
此次对话会议之前，中、美两国已经相互对对方价值340亿美元的商品征收关税，并且贸易纷争依然存在进一步趋紧的风险。
美国总统特朗普上周五(7月20日)威胁称，将对中国所有出口到美国、价值近5000亿美元的商品征收关税。
经济和石油需求增速之间存在高度相关性。经济扩张将有力支撑燃料需求，进而促进国际间的贸易和旅行，同时刺激汽车消费。
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)上周五公布，对冲基金经历最近一个月来首度减持美国原油多头头寸。这进一步表明，市场信心可能趋弱。
不过尽管存在贸易战风险，但全球油市在需求上升的同时，又面临减产和供给不足的困扰，这很大程度上抵消了前者带来的利空。
美国石油钻井平台数量继续下滑。油服公司贝克休斯公布的数据显示，截止7月20日当周，美国石油钻井平台减少5座至858座，降幅创今年3月以来之最。
美国总统特朗普此前直指伊朗总统鲁哈尼警告称，伊朗不得继续威胁美国，否则将面临严重后果。但地缘局势变化似乎没有对市场产生多大扰动。
