特朗普报复性关税，贸易战一触即发？
美国上周末宣布计划对铝和铁施行进口性关税，引起多个国家的担忧和全球市场的恐慌。紧接着美国总统特朗普再次加深了人们的恐惧——他发布推特称，如果欧洲领导人增加对美国货品的关税，那么他就会考虑对进口车辆也施加税收。
特朗普的推特中说：“欧盟对美国商品的关税已经很高，如果欧盟想要进一步增加关税和对美国企业经商的贸易壁垒，那么我们就会对那些欧盟免费流入美国的车辆试行税收。”
尽管过去来看欧盟似乎一直是美国坚定的盟友，但特朗普似乎完全不避讳和他们进行贸易战的的可能。
他还在推特上补充道：“欧盟害的我们基本不可能在他们那里卖我们的车——这是多大的贸易不平衡啊！”
此前白宫宣布美国计划对铁和铝施加25%和10%的进口关税，而且这一计划的实施对象还包括美国的传统盟友加拿大和欧洲。在北京时间周日晚上，美国商务部部长罗斯再次透露“总统特朗普已经与许多国家领导人进行过沟通，但仍未考虑实施钢铁及铝制品关税的豁免国计划”。
尽管全球包括欧盟在内的多个国家都对这一进口关税表现出强烈的不满和担忧，但特朗普却依旧振振有词地在推特上为自己辩护称：“美国每年有8000亿美元的贸易逆差，而这都归咎于我们的愚蠢的贸易协议和政策。这么多年来，我们的就业和财富都给了别的那些占了我们便宜的国家，而他们都嘲笑我们过去的领导人有多愚蠢……而这样的情况不会再出现了！”
上周五，欧盟委员会主席容克表示：“我们不会坐视我们的产业被不平等措施冲击，也不会坐视数以千计的欧洲人的工作因为这些不平等措施而面临危机。”他承诺称：“欧盟将会立即、对等地做出应对，以保障我们的利益。”
