油价大跌2%，因美元走强及美油产量增
油价2月13日大跌约2%，为1月中以来的最大单日跌幅，受压于美元走强和美国产量增加的迹象。
同时，投资者没有理会石油输出国组织(OPEC)的报告，该报告显示，去年达成的减产计划执行率相当之高。
布伦特原油下跌1.11美元或2%，报每桶55.59美元；
美国原油下跌0.93美元或1.7%，报每桶52.93美元。
两油同创1月18日以来的最大单日百分比跌幅。
能源顾问公司WTRG Economics总裁James Williams称，“原油下跌，因稍早美元上涨，美国活跃钻机数增加，美国页岩油产能也增加。”
周一稍早，美国料将实施减税以提高企业利润和增加投资的希望，提振美元升至三周高位，打压了以美元计价的油价。
OPEC和包括俄罗斯在内的其它产油国去年达成协议，在今年上半年日产量减少近180万桶，以提振油价和减少供应过剩。
该协议执行的第一个月，OPEC的数据显示，沙特1月大幅减产，帮助将OPEC协议执行程度提高至93%的历史高位。
沙特对OPEC表示，其减产幅度大于第二手消息来源的预估，1月日产量减少超过70万桶，至974.8万桶，但低于减产协议的规定。
美国政府周一发布的数据显示，预计3月美国页岩油产量增幅将创五个月来最大，因油价徘徊在每桶50美元水平之上，能源公司增加了钻井活动。
