英国央行1月决议按兵不动
英国央行(BoE)周四(2月2日)公布的决议显示，该央行9人货币政策委员会(MPC)以0-9-0(加息-不变-降息)的票数决定将基准利率维持在0.25%；并以9-0(不扩大-扩大)决定将资产购买规模维持在4350亿英镑；维持公司债购买规模为100亿英镑不变。部分MPC成员对通胀表示担忧。
英国央行预计，2017年通胀预期大体维持在2.7%，2018年通胀预期为2.6%，料2018年第二季度通胀在2.8%触顶；3年政策展望期内的通胀率为2.4%。英国央行同时表示，由于GDP表现强劲，使其对通胀高于目标的容忍度降低。
英国央行指出，消费降温的程度小于此前预期；决定提高2017和2018年的房地产以及消费支出预期；将2017年GDP预期从1.4%上调至2%，2018年GDP预期从1.5%上调至1.6%。
英国央行并称，MPC认为均衡失业率为4.5%，先前预估为5.0%；根据市场利率，预估两年后失业率为5.0%(2016年11月时预估为5.6%)。
英国央行还预计，2017年平均周薪增幅为3.0%(11月预估为2.75%)、2018年为增长3.25%(11月预估为3.75%)、2019年增长3.25%(11月预估为3.75%)。
英国央行表示，英国脱欧依然存在大量不确定性；英镑的波动可能会持续。
