中国第四季度经济成绩尚佳：GDP略超出预期
周五(1月20日)，中国国家统计局公布数据显示，2016年国内生产总值（GDP)同比增长6.7%，创1990年以来最低年度增速，当时为3.9%；
而第四季度GDP同比增长6.8%，略高于路透调查四季度的预估中值6.7%，去年前三季度均为6.7%。
与此同时，2016年中国规模以上工业增加值同比增长6%，社会消费品零售总额同比增10.4%；
同期，固定资产投资增长8.1%，民间固定资产投资同比增长3.2%。
中国经济发展已经进入了新常态，增速换挡、动能转换、结构优化。可以说，过去一年，新常态的特征更加明显。
中国经济增长速度6.7%，处于合理运行区间，也处在6.5%到7%的预期区间，是中高速增长，在世界范围内还是比较高的速度。国际货币基金组织预测2016年中国经济增长6.7%、印度增长6.6%，中国的经济增速在世界上可能还是最高的速度。
从结构优化看，2016年服务业的比重继续提高，消费贡献率占将近2/3。从转方式来看，2016年单位GDP能耗下降5%，这也很不容易；清洁能源比重上升，企业效益提高。
经济增长的质量和效益的提升是转方式的一个重要标志。所以概括起来说，经济运行处在合理区间，经济增长的质量和效益提高，是过去一年新常态特征明显的两个主要标志。
