美国9月成屋销售意外激增
据最新公布的一份报告称，美国9月成屋销售年化月率涨幅远超预期，主要是受到稳健劳动力市场的推动。
全美地产经纪商协会(NAR)周四(10月20日)公布的数据显示，美国9月成屋销售上升3.2%，年率为547万户，分析师预估9月成屋销售上升0.4%，年率为535万户。此外，8月成屋销售年率由533万户下修至530万户。
成屋销售是对美国住宅市场的初步测算。数据包括全美以及四个地区的二手房屋销售量和价格。房屋类型包括独栋、共管公寓和合作公寓。
