美联储三号人物：应“温柔”退出宽松政策
美联储(FED)三号人物——纽约联储主席杜德利周三(10月12日)在纽约州Albany向纽约州商业理事会表示，美联储在讨论加息之际，应该继续设法吸引美国民众重返劳动力大军,同时“温柔”退出宽松货币政策。
杜德利当天称，“我们肯定想实现就业最大化，不希望仅仅因为认为已经达到充分就业水平，而让人们继续失业”。
杜德利表示，“随着劳动力市场改善，那些曾经不愿意就业的人重新加入劳动力大军，这使我们可以以相当快的速度增加就业人口，同时又不会推低失业率。”
杜德利认为，美联储的渐进方式已经使许多美国人受益。同时他也承认，“美联储决策者不想过度，因为如果超过通胀目标、并且被迫更快加息的话，美联储可能令经济陷入衰退。”
他强调，“我们力图找到这样一种平衡：就业最大化，但是与随着时间推移可持续的增长相称。”
杜德利补充道，“我们处于一个有足够经济增长空间的阶段。通胀略低于我们的目标，而不是超过我们的目标。因此，我认为，在逐步退出宽松货币政策方面，我们可以采取‘相当温柔’的方式。”
