商品货币兑美元攀升
周三(9月28日)商品货币兑美元攀升，因之前石油输出国组织(OPEC)消息人士表示，OPEC达成减少产量协议。
周三的协议是OPEC自2008年来首次减产。两位OPEC消息人士称，OPEC将日产量减少至3,250万桶，目前产量为3,324万桶。
消息一经发布，挪威克郎、加元和澳元等仰仗能源或原材料出口的国家的货币兑美元走强，跟随油价升势，油价大涨超过5%。
OPEC限产报道发布后，美元兑挪威克郎大跌近1%，至约五个月最低的8.0403，美元兑加元也跌至五日最低的1.3088，当日下挫约0.8%。
Brown Brothers Harriman新兴市场汇市策略部门全球主管Win Thin称，“走势显示市场感到有些意外，限产是否有持续的影响力，下一步要看实施的情况。”
美元指数尾盘大致持平，报95.451，除了商品货币的走势，交易商也在等待更多美国经济数据，以寻找美联储是否可能在12月升息的线索。
欧元兑美元尾盘大致持平，报1.1212，欧洲银行状况的不确定性令投资人不敢推高欧元，周二德意志银行股价创新低。
德国最大银行德意志银行正在应对美国要求该行缴付140亿美元以和解抵押贷款支持证券(MBS)不当销售的问题。
Chapdelaine Foreign Exchange董事总经理Douglas Borthwick称，“投资人在等待更多美国数据，但他们也担心欧洲银行业情况。在事态清晰前，欧元将横向整理。”
