欧央行维持利率不变
在周四召开的新闻发布会上，德拉基称欧元区仍面临下行压力，未来数月通胀前景悲观，需等待更多数据评估经济形势。
德拉基称，量宽将持续至通胀实现可持续的调整。如有必要，欧洲央行将动用所有可用的工具，并未将注意力放在特定的工具上。
德拉基表示，未来数月通胀率可能会维持在极低水准。专业预测者调查中的通胀预期“相当稳固”。他称，SPF预计今年欧元区消费物价调和指数升幅为0.3%，明年为1.2%，2018年为1.5%，而中长期预期为1.8%。
接受彭博调查的经济学家预计，欧洲央行在9月8日的会议上出台刺激措施的可能性最大，并且预计其选择的政策工具很可能是延长量化宽松到2017年3月以后。
