日本4月CPI连续第二个月下降
周五（5月27日）亚市早盘，日本公布了4月全国CPI数据，数据显示，日本4月全国核心消费者物价指数(CPI)较上年同期下滑0.3%，好于预期的下降0.4%。该指数涵盖油品，但不包括生鲜食品价格。数据公布后，美元/日元反应较为平淡，短线小幅上涨交投于109.71一线。
具体数据显示，日本4月全国CPI年率为-0.3%，低于前值-0.1%，但稍好于预期的-0.4%。4月扣除食品与能源价格的核心-核心CPI较上年同期上升0.7%，符合预期。东京地区5月核心CPI较上年同期下降0.5%，低于路透调查预估的下降0.4% 。5月东京地区整体CPI较上年同期下降0.5%。
分析指出，日本4月全国CPI年率虽好于预期，但已连续第二个月下降，看来，日本央行行长黑田东彦祭出的史无前例的刺激措施效果并不理想，未能有效推升日本通胀水平。从目前的数据看，黑田东彦为了达成2%的通胀目标或被迫进一步加码刺激措施。
因负利率政策效果甚微，市场上对于日本央行是否还有“足够弹药”提振通胀有所质疑，不过黑田东彦表示，“我认为我们依然有充足的弹药。如有必要，我们将进一步从三个维度宽松我们的货币政策：量化、质化及利率。”
