美国营建及纽约制造业数据欠佳
美国全国住房营建商协会周一公布的数据显示，美国5月NAHB房屋市场指数和上月持平，但低于预期。
数据显示，美国5月NAHB房价指数为为58，4月为58，分析师预估为59。
NAHB主席Brady点评称，5月房地产市场指数连续四个月持平，表明独栋房屋部分维持涨势，但建筑商面临监管及供应限制。
此外，纽约联储公布的数据显示纽约地区的的制造业活力出现了较大幅度的恶化，纽约联储制造业指数自2月份后资产降到了0以下。
5月纽约联储制造业指数结果为-9，前值为9.56，预期值为7。
美市盘中，时段内美元指数震荡下挫，最低触及94.40，随后小幅回升。
