据悉，印度国内的金价贴水在本周达到了50美元/盎司的历史水平，上周该国金价贴水在35美元/盎司左右。
印度金饰商Lala Jugal Kishore Jewellers主管Tanya Rastogi表示：“买家们在密切关注着近期金价的大幅波动，他们在询问，但在等待金价走低。”
此外，由于印度下一财年预算案即将到来，消费者们预计印度政府将把黄金进口关税自10%下调，因此投资者们的观望也是在等待进口关税下降。
除了印度，亚洲地区其它国家的黄金需求也比较疲软。
一名新加坡黄金交易商称：“过去几天整个地区的需求都很缓慢，几乎一潭死水，很多人都在这一水平卖盘。”
一名孟买的交易商表示，在目前金价的水平下，很多投资者得以抓住几乎清空此前的持仓，很多投资者在出售金币和金条。
而在中国市场，上周的春节假期后，黄金需求同样疲软。
中国市场的金价和国际金价基本持平，这使得银行没有什么进口黄金的动力。一名交易商表示，在春节后没什么需求，金价没什么升水，因此近期没什么进口。
