上周五是美国的“黑色星期五”，中国股市意外迎来了“挥泪大甩卖”。周五(11月27日)，沪深两市双双大跌，上证指数创下近三个月来的最大跌幅。这一“断头铡刀式”的下跌让投资者惊呼，A股的反弹难道要就此终结？
截至收盘，上证指数下跌5.48%至3436.30点，创下自2015年8月25日最大跌幅。本周上证指数累计重挫5.4%，创下逾三个月来单周最大跌幅。今日A股成交额4631亿元，昨日成交4256亿元。
上周四晚间，中信证券公告称，因涉嫌违反《证券公司监督管理条例》相关规定，公司被证监会立案调查，无独有偶，另一家在深交所挂牌的券业巨头国信证券(002736)也在当晚公告遭立案调查。同时，国信证券、海通证券(600837)同样遭证监会立案调查。受此消息拖累，今日券商出现跌停潮，引领午后整个大盘持续跳水。
同时，分析人士指出，证监会再发布场外衍生品融资五项禁令，继续出手去杠杆，千亿融资遭打压，也是市场下挫的重要原因。
此外，本周新股发行(IPO)将正式重启，无论认购规则如何改变，对市场的负面影响总是存在。
