数据显示，美国7月新屋销售升至50.7万户，预期51.0万户，前值由48.2万户修正为48.1万户。
数据还显示，美国7月新屋销售环比上升5.4%，预期上升5.8%，前值由-6.8%修正为-7.7%。美国7月新屋销售同比上升25.8%。。
此外，美国7月新屋平均售价同比上升2.0%，至28.59万美元。按当前的销售速度计算，美国房地产市场上的新屋售罄需5.2个月，低于上月的5.3个月。
美国新屋销售数据公布后，美国30年期国债 价格下跌2个大点，收益率触及日高。
