中金网08月21日讯 ，周四（8月20日），美元兑欧元和其他主要货币下跌，因投资者对美联储9月启动近十年来首次加息的预期已经降低。
欧元兑美元上涨逾1%，至1.12美元上方，因新兴市场货币大跌。分析师表示，欧元已成为新兴市场投资者和其他借入利率相对较低货币的其他投资者青睐的融资货币，这些投资者出脱风险资产，从而带动欧元上涨。
交易商表示，美联储在9月升息的机率目前约为40%，在周三美联储会议纪要没有明确暗示何时升息后，许多投资者出脱美元头寸。7月底时市场预期美联储9月升息的机率约为50%。
周四在美国短期利率场外交易市场，交易商预计美联储9月升息的机率仅为33%，低于之一周前的48%。
