FX168讯 希腊及其债权人周二(8月4日)均乐观表示，有可能在数日内达成数百亿欧元的救助协议。这种对谈判进展的乐观基调令人惊讶，与之前谈判的崎岖坎坷形成鲜明对比。
此前债权人方面已表示，规模最高达860亿欧元(945亿美元)的救助协议必须在今年8月20日前达成，或者同意第二笔过桥贷款，因为届时希腊需偿还对欧洲央行的35亿欧元债务。
经过在雅典一整天的谈判后，希腊财政部长察卡洛托斯(Euclid Tsakalotos)称，谈判进展好于预期。布鲁塞尔方面，欧盟执委会一位官员也表示，他们对谈判进展“感到倍受鼓舞”。
欧盟执委会发言人Mina Andreeva表示，“我们在朝正确的方向前进，相关工作正在紧锣密鼓进行中。”
这将是希腊自2010年以来接受的第三轮救援，以防国家破产，并使其留在欧元区。过去的谈判一直很曲折，但债权方消息人士称，7月最后一周重新开始谈判后，希腊“非常非常合作”。
