欧洲央行(ECB)管委会成员诺亚(Christian Noyer)周一(4月20日)表示,央行的货币量化宽松政策(QE)已经对金融市场传递了有效的信号,这表明QE政策在一段时间内将会是合适的选择。
诺亚在纽约的欧洲论坛上表示,“到2016年9月为止的资产购买计划已经产生了重要而明确的信号:欧洲央行将在一段时间内采取扩张性货币政策。从目前金融市场包括普遍降低的债券收益率以及不断飙高的股价在内的显著运动显示,央行此前传递出的信号对市场的影响非常有效。”
在3月初开始实施的QE计划中,欧洲央行计划直到2016年9月每个月购买600亿欧元的债券。除非欧元区通胀率达到央行目标2%左右水平,否则QE计划将会按期继续进行。
