报告还显示，美国2015财政年度迄今预算赤字为4390亿美元，较2014财年同期4130亿美元扩大，因社会保障以及医疗卫生服务方面的开支增加。美国财政部称，3月预算结果受到日历差异影响。经日期相关交易调整后的3月预算赤字为890亿美元。美国财政部还表示，3月预算收入为2340亿美元，同比增长8%，并创下纪录。然而，3月预算支出为2870亿美元，同比增加14%。
