七年期国债标售得标利率高于标售前市场水准，尽管之前交易商和投资人为标售作准备，已打压了国债价格。此次标售的投标倍数为2009年5 月来最低。过去一年七年期国债标售的需求多数不振，但五年期国债标售结果也不佳则不常见。
