李克强：中国未出现通货紧缩

3月15日上午，中国十二届全国人大三次会议闭幕后，我国国家国务院总理李克强在答记者问时表示中国未出现通货紧缩，而是“被通缩”。
李克强称，关于通货紧缩，国际上比较一致的说法是一个国家的物价总水平持续出现负增长。中国CPI或者说物价总水平1月份是正增长，2月份涨幅比1月份更高，所以不能说中国已经出现了通货紧缩。
他表示，虽然中国现在的物价总水平比较低，但并不是中国向世界输出了通缩，实际上中国是“被通缩”。“去年，我国进口了3.1亿吨原油、9.3亿吨铁矿石，量是增加的，但是价格下跌了，这主要是因为国际大宗商品价格大幅度下跌。”
